22. The Jusco (Aeon) Center at Oroku, a favorite lunch time venue (1 stop from the Budokan) for seminar attendees. In addition to a drugstore, supermarket, department store, and numerous independent boutiques and cafe, this building houses a food court that will satisfy even the hungriest karateka!

No longer a young man, Uehara Sensei still moves with extraordinary speed!

The Class of October 2011 arrives at Naha International airport to be greeted by senior instructors of the Okinawa Prefectural Karate Do Rengokai, and staff of Classical Fighting Arts magazine.
